This one is pretty exciting!  I have been asked many times how a user can send a link that will send someone directly to the record they are working on. Up until recently, my answer was "I don't think you can."

But you can!!! Using the "Get a link" button when within any record, you can grab a link to the exact record and send it to someone in email or teams--granted that they have access to that form and data in the environment. 

It is important that you are within the record, and not just on the list page, such as All Purchase Orders or All Sales Orders.

On the Options tab of a record, select Get a link in the Share section. Double click the URL to highlight the full information, use your "CTRL+C" shortcut to copy the URL and thats it! You now have a URL to the direct record you would like to share with your team!
